Monthly Hypno-Meditation

I'm very excited to announce this new initiative that I've been working on. I have switched the focus of my monthly online group hypnotherapy to be centered around sensitives, autistics & other neurodivergent folks who are looking for a very safe, welcoming and soothing place to relax your senses.
In a world where we have had difficulty belonging and likely also experienced a lot of trauma, sensitive folks like us can go on to experience many physical ailments and severe burnout. So, my hope is to offer a calming space for us to reset and rewire our nervous systems to a place of peace, safety & community.
Welcome to the Calm Collective.
This is a pay what you can event with a minimum donation of $2. Suggested donation is $10 but please only donate what you are able to afford. I understand that there are many who are struggling financially and I don't want that to be the reason that you don't attend. Register below and select your method of payment and I will send you the appropriate payment link.
This is an online event that occurs monthly over Google Meet. You will receive the event link the day of the event.

I'm so incredibly excited to announce that I will be offering a Full Day Workshop on Changing Your Dating Patterns!
This workshop will be offered only once every few months and the first one is happening this Fall!
In this program, you will learn about your subconscious patterns and how they shape your life and dating habits/choices, you will identify core attachment styles and wounds, we will have a healing discussion with a share circle, and you will learn tools to help you heal those wounds, including a transformational exercise, and we will end the day with a hypnotherapy session and energy work to help program new beliefs into your subconscious mind.

Healing occurs when we can allow ourselves to sit with our heavy emotions. But the intensity of all the things occurring can weigh heavy on us. This is why it is important to find ways to bring us to a grounded state to regulate our nervous system.
I am offering this monthly online group hypno-meditation to help those who need help to cope or for those who just want a moment of peaceful deep relaxation. It will primarily be centered around regulating our nervous system and bringing us to a place of calm, ease, peace and to create a more centered & grounded energy in our bodies.
This is excellent for anyone currently experiencing burnout, overwhelm & grief and for those who are seeking support, peace and who feel alone and need a sense of community rooted in connection and wellness. Join me for 1 hour of calm & tranquility.

The next Online Group Hypnotherapy event will be taking place on November 4th which is when Saturn will go direct. Saturn Retrograde energies force us to go inwards and remove our focus from what is outside of us. As Saturn goes direct, we will keep the focus on turning our energy inward and teaching ourselves to place boundaries from the external when we need them most. This Hypnotherapy experience will be centered around finding our calm within and feeling an anchor inside of us amidst the chaos and grief around us. If you are feeling overwhelmed and anxious lately, then this will be perfect for you. Allow yourself to be transported to a place of peace where you can receive programming to help support a more calm, grounded and peaceful state of being.

In keeping up with the theme of Autumn, this Hypnosis will be geared towards letting go that which doesn't serve us and surrendering. In order to be open to receive the new, we must also learn how to let go of the things that are no longer for us.

Mystic Market - June 18th, 2023
Join me on Sunday, June 18th while I will be attending my very first market with my very own table! I have participated in events in the past we am assistant reiki practitioner as well as several private tarot reading events.
